How are the pieces made ?

Each piece available in the shop is handmade with stoneware. I use two different stonewares, a white one to throw with and a black one for handbuilding. Once made, the pieces have to dry before their first firing. After that I decorate and glaze them individually and they are ready for their last firing to 1280°C.

How to care for the items ? 

​

Stoneware tablewares are dishwasher safe but handwashing is recommended. Please avoid hitting them in the sink, dishwasher or with other items to avoid weakening the pieces.  

Micro-waving isn't recommended but if you do make sure to not overheat the pieces as it could cause breakage, however, mugs and cups can be used with boiling water.

When will I receive my order ? 

​

Once ordered, your package will be shipped in the next 3-5 days with La Poste. You can expect your package in 2-3 business days in France and 4-8 business days for International.

For international orders, please keep in mind that you may need to pay custom fees upon pick up of your parcel, I cannot be held responsible for these. Once the parcel leaves France I have no authority over it. If a package is held at custom it is the buyer's responsability to contact your local custom to locate the package.

What if I receive a broken item ? 

​

I do my best to pack your items as carefully as I can, however breakages can happen during shipping. If you receive a broken item,  send me an email as soon as you receive the order with a photo of the damaged piece to get a refund or receive a similar item. 

Please understand that every pieces are handmade and unique. I make sure to show and explain every little imperfections in the listing and returns/refunds cannot be made for any other reasons than receiving the wrong item or a broken one.
